it works. Online Counselling or Online Therapy is relatively

We offer consultations via Live
Chat, Video
Chat and Email
through a secure and confidential Live Chat and Video Program,
called Flashcoms®
and an award winning encrypted Email option called CenturionMail®.
Live Chat
(Text)
The Live Chat or Online Chat option is a direct
one-on-one chat or text-based messaging service, allowing
you to "talk" privately and in real time to one
of PsychologyCare's psychologists. The Live Chat program we
use is completely private and confidential.
Use our Interactive Calendar to find a convenient
date and time to book your Live Chat appointment, or you can
simply start chatting by scheduling an instant appointment
on our Public Calendar for same day consultations. Just follow
the easy steps on our Home page or
click on the "click here" button below. The following
options are available:

Video Chat
The Live Video Chat option is a private one-on-one
visual and audio chat service, allowing you to "talk
and see" your psychologist in real time. You will need
a Webcam or Video camera connected to your computer to use
this option. At the time of your appointment simply enter
our Consultation Room and log on for your Live Video or Live
Text Chat.
Use our Interactive Calendar to find a convenient
date and time to book your Live Video Chat appointment, or
you can simply start chatting by scheduling an instant appointment
on our Public Calendar for same day consultations. Just follow

Email
Our psychologists guarantee personal replies
to your emails within 24 to 48 hours. We do not give automated
responses and each email is treated with the utmost confidentiality
and care.
You can send an Email to your psychologist any
time and as often as you want. When choosing the E-Mail option,
write down your problem, concern or question in the space
provided, make the payment and send to your psychologist.

How do I pay?
Payment is made for each session through Credit Card or PayPal,
which is a secure online payment service. To make a payment,
choose a session option and follow the links. Payments should
be directed to PsychologyCare.
