Kfir is a psychologist, educator, and an executive coach. His educational background includes ecotourism and organisational psychology. Kfir has experience both face-to-face and remotely in different settings such as university, hospitals, private organisations as well as government projects.
His approach is solution focussed coaching as well as psychotherapy for various mental health issues. Kfir’s style is relaxed, non-judgemental, compassionate, and easy-going. He builds a respectful, empathetic, positive, and safe professional relationship with clients. Building trust while empowering and encouraging clients is key for facilitating desired change.
Specialisation and Service
Some of Kfir's areas of interest comprise motivation, self-esteem, confidence, assertiveness, leadership, career change, personality, anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, stress, work-life-balance, study efficacy, effort and emotional regulation, and life crafting skills. His eclectic approach includes cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focussed brief therapy, motivational interviewing, person-centred/Rogerian, and existential psychology. Kfir (pronounced as Kiefer) enjoys bushwalking, camping, and everything about the beautiful Australian natural environment
For Coaching (no GST required):
- 1 meeting (50-60 minutes) $330
- 7 meeting package including personality assessment $1820 ($260 per meeting)
- Group coaching (4-5 participants) 5 meetings $500 ($100 per meeting for one participant)
- Training (psychoeducation e.g. stress, anxiety, depression) $550 per one hour or $1,200 per 3 X 1-hour meetings
